4. Acceptable Use
You shall not scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; submit false information; or use it to send unlawful communications.
5. Quotes & Communications
Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
Site content, the Space City Service Pros name, and logo are our property. You may not reuse them without written permission.
7. Disclaimers; Liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE IS CAPPED AT $100, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
Texas law governs; venue is Harris County, Texas. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Site.

Part B — Privacy Policy
Effective: [Date]. This Privacy Policy describes how Space City Service Pros collects and uses personal information on the Site and in our marketing services, consistent with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and applicable federal law.

If you opt in to texts, your number and message history are used solely for the program you joined. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance. Msg & data rates may apply. Opt-outs are honored promptly and globally.
